Today’s run: 3 miles, 32:35 minutes. YT: 354.5 miles. I’m finally posting this at the end of a long day. Can I remember anything from my run? I did walk past a homeless man who was as august looking as he was smelly. Kind of impressive. Oh, and I got excited to take these photos, since it was the rare Iphone enabled run.
